We turn to tarot spreads for guidance all the time, flipping through books and scrolling through social media to find the perfect one to fit our needs. But what if you could write that perfect spread yourself, whenever you need it? In this workshop, we’ll cover the ingredients of a solid tarot spread, the most useful standard positions, how to use the visual/spatial elements of a layout, and everything else you need to start creating your own bespoke tarot spreads for any query! You’ll get familiar with some customizable backbones for common topics, and you’ll learn to start from scratch by using metaphor and symbolism to provide inspiration and form to your tarot spread. Then we’ll put it all to work by creating and reading a spread collaboratively as a group, with tips and guidance on how to strengthen your spread-reading skills.

Please bring a tarot deck of your choice.
